First let me start off by saying the dealership was nice and clean no hassle everyone was very courteous and helpful and they had the vehicle I wanted yayyyyy!!!!

Unethical! We were quoted one price when we dropped the car off and and then were charged ~$800 more when we picked the car up! “Scott” who quoted the price was unavailable, but I reached out to the service manager, Jordan Carter, who did nothing to help. They do not have recorded phone lines, so it’s our word against Scott’s. It’s unfortunate, but please BEWARE! I wish I read some of the reviews before trusting this dishonest place.😕

Great buying experience! Brandon was great to work with, was able to handle most of the transaction over the phone. When I arrived everything was ready and waiting. I would recommend giving him a call.

Huntersville Ford actually surprised me and treated me pretty good, I’ve been to dealerships that really make you shake your head and just walk out, this place was very nice and I didn’t get the pressure to buy or walk out. If I buy another car it’ll be from them

Had a great experience buying my new F150 truck. Brandon was great to work with, would recommend giving him a call. Eric made the paperwork quick and easy to sign. All the details were handled over the phone, everything was ready and waiting when I arrived to finish the deal.

Best buying experience ever. Anthony is great and finance department was ready for me. In and out in no time. Truck was very clean and staff helpful.
