From the customer service in sales (Sonny) to the Finance Department (Eric) and General Manager (Stacey)....they were all very patient and caring for the purchase of my 2021 Ford Expedition.

I've purchase a lot of vehicles over the years, this was a unique experience for me. I did a lot of the presale work chatting with them prior to my visit. When I arrived, it was like No pressure and Pleasant. I have never watched as many people walk into a dealership and not leave without purchasing a vehicle.

It was time to trade in my wife's 2020 Mustang, I shopped online for roughly a month, looked at multiple Ford dealerships in the charlotte area, and once again ended up at Huntersville Ford. They had the Ford Edge we wanted in stock, at a reasonable price. They gave us a great price for our trade and we got 0% APR with Ford credit. Our sale rep Rick was very helpful, zero pressure, and we were able to submit our finances online to stream line the buying process. The sales rep who sold me my F-150, Eric, is now in the finance dept and handled all the contracts. I don't se us needing a new vehicle anytime soon, but when we do Huntersville ford will be our 1st stop.
