This was particularly valuable since I was a buyer from out of town who wanted to make a purchase of a used vehicle without initially seeing the vehicle in person. I was even given a complimentary lift from a transportation drop-off point to pick up the vehicle.

Huntersville Ford was very helpful with my Mustang Mach E order. Even though the order took a long time, due to the pandemic and resulting supply chain issues, the dealership was always available to answer my questions with whatever information they were able to get from Ford. And when the car finally did arrive, the dealership was eager to help me get behind the wheel as quickly as possible.

5 STAR DEALER! My husband and I went to our local ford in Graham and had a not so favorable experience with the team there, but found a car we loved! We drove 2 hours to this ford dealership after checking their inventory for the vehicle we wanted and had the BEST experience. I first spoke to Angelica who helped answer my questions prior to going in and she really helped me feel at ease in driving the long distance to meet with them and discuss things further. Our sales rep Brandon was great! He was patient and very knowledgeable in helping us make a decision on the trim of car we decided on, along with the features and savings options they provide. He accommodated us having to come later in the evening due to our drive after work and stayed WELL past close so that we could finalize the car. And lastly, we met Eric - the business/financial manager - who helped us finalize our paperwork and explain everything to us in detail and make us feel comfortable and solidify our decision. All in all, it wasn't just the professionalism and knowledge that everyone had, but their personality! It always makes me feel at ease to know that a team can have fun, joke around, and talk about things other than the sale because after all, the customers are people too! It was most definitely worth the drive to get a car that I LOVED.
