Over the last couple of years, I have been trying to order/buy a Ford Maverick through my local dealership but was not successful. Recently I came upon an EB XLT AWD FX4 4K TOW Maverick online which was located at Huntersville Ford. I was able to negotiate a deal that included my trade that no other dealership could match including my local dealer whom I have purchased quite a few cars. I want to personally thank Marshall Sullivan for going out of his way and making sure I was taken care of all the way through the process as well as his staff Lauren, Zack, Angelica, Eric, and Evert. You will definitely be on my radar when the time comes for a new car. Thanks again for an awesome experience!!!

Ordered the Maverick Lariat Hybrid on 10/14/2021. Ford had delays in production. Got the call 4 weeks ago that it was on the lot & ready. They maintained follow-up reports along the way. Super easy, no hassle process. Plus, the F & I guy beat the low rate from my credit union.

Avoid service department at all cost!
Avoid the service department at all cost!! I would not recommend this department. I brought my car to them on Sunday evening drop off for a Monday morning 7 am appointment. I never heard back all week regarding the work. I started calling Thursday, finally got ahold of someone on friday morning and they still had not done the work on the car. Finally finished by Friday afternoon as I sat in their waiting room for them to actually do the work. Then I had to bring it back in as a bumper part was not in stock before. This time dropped off on a Wednesday morning for a Thursday morning appointment, for the bumper install, tire alignment and an oil change. I started calling, texting and leaving voicemails on Thursday afternoon, Friday all day and Monday morning. I never received any communication, response or updates regarding my car. They take cars in with appointments and just keep them without updating the customer! Complete lack of communication and repose is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Told me they did not have any cars available while mine is in the shop so I have been paying for a rental car going on a week now.
