This vehicle was ordered through the dealer and it was delivered in five months. The car was properly serviced for delivery by the dealer and the transaction of sale was quick. The salesman spent all the time necessary to explain the functions and set the parameters they way we wish to have the car operate. We have purchased many cars from the dealer and all have been handled in the same manner. This is why we buy through Jones Ford and have Chris and his service department do all our service requirements.

I found a Chrysler 300 that they had advertised online.

I found a Chrysler 300 that they had advertised online. We worked a deal over the phone. When I showed up I started noticing that some of the features that were advertised were not on this car. I completed the purchase anyway and realized how I was unsatisfied with the car so I went to trade it in 2 days after the purchase. The dealership that I tried to trade it into noticed that the VIN numbers did not match the VIN numbers of the car that they sold me. I ended up having to make three trips from Wilmington to Shallotte (over 200 miles). They did refund my money but this was a huge inconvenience not to mention the gas wasted. I'm not sure what laws were broken by selling a car with the incorrect Vin but I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Chris, the service manager at Jones Ford in Shallotte has

Chris, the service manager at Jones Ford in Shallotte has always been great to work with. This is a smaller dealership that makes their customers feel appreciated...not just another "number" as the saying goes. The service was great, prices are more than fair, and appointments were easy to make. I highly recommend giving them a try, even if it may be a little longer drive than your local dealer.

I came in to buy out my lease of my 2020 Ford Explorer

I came in to buy out my lease of my 2020 Ford Explorer ST, I was taken care of by Jason. Jason was very efficient and personable, my wife and I enjoyed the banter between us while he filled out all the paper work. It all took about a 1/2 hour and we were all done. I have previously had service done at Jones Ford and was always satisfied.

I decided to turn in the 2020 Edge we were leasing and

I decided to turn in the 2020 Edge we were leasing and lease a 2023. The whole process went smoothly without a hitch. The time to complete the transaction was great, unlike other times I've spent at dealerships. The gentleman that handled the process was very professional and friendly and made us, my wife and I, feel unpressured and comfortable.
