Service crew was amazing.

Service crew was amazing. Tony Breaux was extremely helpful and so was the tech working on my car. Did an amazing job. Will bring my vehicle back if additional repairs or service is needed. Congratulations!!! Completely satisfied.

Service guy and the guy driving the courtesy car are

Service guy and the guy driving the courtesy car are nice. But the quality of the work has been less than desirable with going to the actual Nissan place for maintenance. On multiple occasions the tag for my oil change has been wrong. When my tires get rotated, they never make the tire pressures even. There seems to be more of a problem when I get it back than when it was there. Also what happened to checking the treads, tire pressures, etc and vacuuming the floorboards during the inspection? Walmart does that.

The salesman that helped me was Dustin Simoneaux.

The salesman that helped me was Dustin Simoneaux. I couldn't have asked for a better salesman. He answered all my questions. He went above and beyond to be sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. I love my new Nissan Kicks SV and am so happy that after a year of looking, I finally found the one. There was a problem with the USB ports in the front of the car but Kenny Galliano in the service department assured me he would be able to order a new one which should arrive quickly and then he would contact me to bring my car in to have it installed.
