Auto Nation Ford St. Pete delivered top notch service on our second Maverick. We asked to keep it in the "wrapper" and they obliged. Financing was straightforward (although they ran it 4 additional times after the dealer pull to verify good credit which dinged me on my score not the end of the world though). We were in and out in less than 2 hours! We will be back!

Efficient, personable and great customer service. My adviser, Sarah was knowledgeable about the problems and made sure my concerns were resolved.

An unexpected rotten tire air valve caused my Lincoln to drastically lose air. Without an appointment, I was greeted by Michaela who listened to my problem and knew who to contact in customer service to help me. Shortly thereafter, Sarah at the Ford dealership on 34th street north in xx Petersburg responded and worked me in so I could head to Hospice for my regularly scheduled volunteer commitment. I was on the road again in an hour and a half. She requested the maintenance team to also check the other 3 valves and replace any missing valve caps. Furthermore, she asked another individual (Reggie) to ensure that my dashboard features were back to those features I preferred. Moreover she advised me of another problem that was beginning to emerge with my vehicle’s steering. She advised me of the cost and set an appointment that would accommodate my schedule in a couple of weeks. Sarah is an phenomenal representative of what outstanding customer service means, and the other individuals working with her epitomize what team work should be. Keep up the great work ya’ll !!!
