About a month ago I purchased a 23 Ford Bronco from Ryan Egan! He was amazing and friendly and very helpful! I did get a chance to talk with the other sales manager Kody and he was very friendly and super knowledgeable. My trade in was a 22 Bronco that i bought from Josh, he was such a great guy and had a great experience with him as well. Jim Cornes was the one that gave me a great deal on my trade in and was always in a great mood which was a great experience! My finance manager was Charles and he was so friendly and a great person to talk with and especially about warranties! I recently just had it in for service and every service woman was fantastic, they always have a smile on their face when I come in! The service department has always been a great place and have never had any issues, they have been fast and accurate with every service i’ve had! I think all the girls know me by name now and I have had nothing but great chats with all of them. The waiting area is always clean and have a lot of seating that fills up quick for nice people to meet! All in all, this dealership is like a family that want you to be apart of! Thank you all.

My wife and I bought two cars from here and the salesman
My wife and I bought two cars from here and the salesman didn’t explain to us the details of the interest rates in the deal he stretched the truth a little to make the sale and said the loan wouldn’t accrue interest daily and it definitely did. They added the interest over the entire loan period. We spent over 100,000 on those 2 cars and would have never went through with the deal if he was honest about it. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership!

The new car side yes… the used car side def not lol what
The new car side yes… the used car side def not lol what a nightmare. Different strokes for diff folks I guess. Never bought a car I’m 41 I don’t have any credit but I also don’t owe anyone a dime. All my bills are always paid and we make more then enough to purchase the car we wanted. First they gave us a ridiculous rate. I left. Then I get texts haggling to price down. They finally came down enough to where I was in the price range that I wanted and they didn’t get what they wanted. That being said the car I was interested in at the time was being loaned out and driven by someone else no worries, but they were in. No hurry to get it back, they did get it back the next day. I went up to test drive it the thing was filthy and definitely someone was using it regularly. Smelled of a burnt smell. I have no taste or smell since August 2021 due to Covid so I couldn’t tell if it was a cigarette smell or not. Anyway, long story short we came to a deal and I told them that I would come back up Saturday since my husband and I were getting us together and we both needed to sign paperwork at that time. They told us they couldn’t hold the car. So they can’t hold the car for me to purchase, but they wanted me to wait while their car was out online and that I was interested in for the other person to bring it back. I told them that my husband would not be home in time to complete the paperwork. At that time they told me I could just come up and sign my portion of the paperwork and then he could come up and do it when he got time this week or Saturday so I went up there. Get over to the finance office and poor Charles 😞 he’s so sweet and nice I can’t imagine what the sales people put him through by lying to people to get them up there and then he has to deal with us ( people). So anyway I get in there and he proceeds to tell me that he can’t complete the paperwork because my husband isn’t there. 🤦🏻♀️ so in my head I was lied to so someone could get me up there. They could make the purchase and get their commission on this weeks check instead of waiting until Saturday and then missing a quota or a deadline or whatever it is that they need for the week. On top of that when I got the vehicle, it was still disgustingly dirty it’s like they just sprayed some water on the outside and dried it. The windows look like someone had been smoking in it for months. It’s got a gross greasy film the seats weren’t even unfolded from them being laid down to be cleaned out at all. It looks like someone’s kids have lived in it and this is a really nice vehicle. It’s only five years old and it’s basically a brand new car and I just don’t understand why they felt that cleaning that car was any less important than any other car.. I will never recommend them to anyone! I have 2 kids that are new to car buying one is 17 and one is 18 and they will be buying cars soon. I’m certainly not going to take them here that’s for sure they’re dishonest, rude pushy and I think that they pick and choose who they want to work with and what kind of payment you have ….. don’t waste your money and time with the used car side! I’m paying $300 to have it professionally detailed since they can’t seem to even clean the interior of a vehicle they just sold for $21,000
