I took my Honda Civic to Cookeville Honda, and they provided great service. Everyone was also very friendly.

Took my 2018 Honda CR-V in for a recall repair (fuel pump) and an oil change. Details for the recall work was well explained (vehicle had to have less than 1/4 tank of gas and it would take up to four hours to complete the work). When Brigham (service advisor) came to me fifty minutes later explaining all work was complete, we were thrilled. Although the waiting room was comfortable it was nice to know the work was completed sooner. The car runs great and we were very happy with the service department.
