My wife and I recently purchased a new Nissan Titan SL...

My wife and I recently purchased a new Nissan Titan SL from this dealership. My experience with the purchase couldn't have been better. I knew the exact vehicle I wanted and from the initial call to verify that they still had it in stock up until the time I drove it off of their lot I was treated with the utmost professionalism, respect and stellar customer service. Philip put together a great deal on the Titan that allowed me to purchase my dream truck at a price that matched my budget and Elise exhibited a wealth of product and industry knowledge in order to ensure I knew how the properly operate the tech gadgets and features of my truck. The financial part of the sale was handled by Kim who was very helpful with acquiring a loan, explaining extended warranty, and giving me information on all details of the financing/ loan process. I believe that the fact that we had a truly enjoying vehicle purchasing experience speaks to the management of the dealership and the caliber of people they employ. We will definitely be referring Elise & Philip to our friends and family for their vehicle needs and, of course, we look forward to purchasing our future vehicles from them also. I bought my Altima in October and noticed that a rear...

I bought my Altima in October and noticed that a rear brake light was out. Took it to Nissan Of Rivergate and Betsy took great care of me. She checked my car's history and found a couple of recalls and set up appointments to get them taken care of for me. Glenn keeps me informed of any service specials coming up, like the tire sale that's going on now. Saved me some money . I would recommend this service department to anyone .

My wife and came to Nissan of Rivergate in hopes of...

My wife and came to Nissan of Rivergate in hopes of finding a new car. We are expecting our first child and needed something to carry all of the things we need for the baby. We worked with Zack and Philip. They said we should look at the Rogue, it was perfect. From start to finish it was the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience we ever had. They did not pressure us and gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. When it came down to numbers, they gave us a couple of different options that really made our decision a breeze. I would strongly reccomend Nissan of Rivergate to anyone in the market for a new automoblie. Most dealerships say that they give great customer service if you get your new car from them, this dealership really does.

Betsy Newman is such an asset to the service department!...

Betsy Newman is such an asset to the service department! She is so very helpful and knowledgeable about the problems I have had with my vehicle. Anytime that I've been the least upset, her calmness and understanding makes me relax and makes me feel I can trust her to see that the job is done right. I have had what I consider a few expensive repairs, she has gone out of her way to look for any savings she can give me. She has worked around my schedule and kept me informed of the progress of my repairs. When someone goes out of their way to the extent she has, I hope that she is reconized not only by Nissan of Rivergate, but by Nissan itself. Too many times the really good employees go unreconized for the work that they do, I hope in some way this review finds its way to the right people so that Betsy can get the rewards she deserves. Thank you Betsy for everything you've done for me :)

I have purchased 2 brand new Nissans from Nissan of...

I have purchased 2 brand new Nissans from Nissan of Rivergate in the past, just bought my 3rd this weekend, a sweet 2012 Titan Pro 4x! I worked with Rodney and Dwayne in sales, I have actually dealt with Rodney on my last 2 purchases and like my prior 2 visits I was greeted with smiling faces, kind and courteous professionals ready to get the job done! I got exactly what I wanted for my trade, they gave me a great deal on the new Titan and got my payments where I needed them. And thank you Dwayne for getting my front tag off my old Titan that I thought was lost forever! Thanks to Barbera and Kim in the finance dept for working up a sweet deal and going above and beyond by running my numbers again to get me a lower payment and better interest rate, without me even asking! Overall, no matter what dept you deal with at this dealership, you will be pleased! Thanks again to Rodney, Dwayne, Barbera and Kim, you guys are awesome!
