I do wish some of the issues I had with my "new to me" car had been fixed before I drove it home - but they have honored their word to take care of anything, and THAT is one of the reasons I am a repeat customer!

this is the 3rd vehicle i have bought from butlers , and i have to say every time ive bought from them things have only gotten better , my sales guy kevin jones might have to be the best sales rep ive ever met , hes not pushy , he was extremely honest , even gave me some of his own opinions on vehicles . and he had a great sense of humor , i felt like i was dealing more with a guy i have known for years instead of a sales rep i had only known for minutes . butlers has a great selection of cars , and they were able to get me a great rate on an amazing vehicle , and i look forward to dealing with butlers in the future .

I was extremely pleased with the service provided at Butler's. Everyone with whom I interacted was very helpful and accomodating. Although the aservice department was running behind a little, the service personnel made every attempt to provide me with a positive experience, offering me a car to use until mine was complete. The staff were both knowledgable and friendly. They turned what could have been an unpleasant experience into a positive one. I will definitely look at Butler's when it is time for me to purchase my next vehicle.

What a pleasure to buy a car from Butler. We met Dave Miller after having an unpleasant experience a another dealership earlier in the day. I would recommend Butler to anyone who is shopping for a vehicle. Mr. Miller was very courteous and not pushy in any way. He was very helpful to us and explained everything very clearly. He gave us ample time to shop and make an appropriate purchase that fit our needs. He followed through with us until we took our vehicle home,making sure that all was satisfactory. All of the other personnel at the dealership are wonderful to deal with as well, from the finance office to the service department.
