Karen Ann Shank at Daytona Toyota was incredibly knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. From the moment my parts arrived, she scheduled my service right away without delay. She arranged a rental car seamlessly, kept me informed at every step, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. She also left detailed voicemails with updates and provided accurate price estimates upfront—no surprises, just clear and honest communication. It’s rare to find that level of transparency and care these days. The entire experience at Daytona Toyota was excellent, as always. The stereotype that dealerships are out to rip you off simply doesn’t apply here—especially not with Karen and the team at Daytona Toyota. Their integrity, efficiency, and customer-first mindset set a high standard. I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else.

I had the worst experience with Charles Mallard.
I had the worst experience with Charles Mallard. Promised me a price over the phone, drove from Jacksonville, and took off work to go look at the car. Lo and behold, the price Charles gave me had never been approved; he never even asked. After our initial phone conversation we spoke several times through text regarding our ETA, who to make the check out to, etc. There were multiple opportunities for him to tell me that he actually couldn’t get the price he promised me. When I arrived, he said he had to leave for a church event, and confirmed we were set for the previously agreed upon price. I hope he continues to go to church and learns a thing or two about lying. James Mosher was the gentleman we ended up working with. He was honest, kind, and determined to work with us. Hire more people like James, less like Charles.
