It was a pleasure to do business with Curtis.

It was a pleasure to do business with Curtis. Arrived at Springfield hyundai without prior appointment. We did some research about the pricing before visiting, and explained all of it to Curtis and Alark prior to the deal. They were able to match the price and took the delivery on the same day. 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Smooth and fast process. Happy with the vehicle so far!!!

I have been a customer of Springfield Hyundai for 25

I have been a customer of Springfield Hyundai for 25 years, actually since the year 2000. I have always been treated with respect whether it was purchasing a vehicle or having my vehicles serviced. I rarely had any problems with any department personnel and if I did I was always able to solve them quickly. In my opinion, Springfield Hyundai under the direction of General Manager Chris and Sales Manager Anthony Lampe is the tops. There is no doubt about it. Thank you one and all!

I’ve purchased eight vehicles from Springfield Hyundai

I’ve purchased eight vehicles from Springfield Hyundai over the course of 15 years, but after my recent experience with AJ Henry, this will be my last purchase here. When I asked to speak to his manager, AJ falsely claimed to be the manager. He was rude, dismissive, and extremely condescending, cutting me off and talking over me the entire time. When I questioned a $220 "release fee," he said, “We don’t come to work for free.” He was clearly upset that I decided to have my car towed elsewhere for service rather than pay the outrageous, price-gouging prices at this dealership. The conversation became heated, and he hung up on me, leaving me to call back and make the payment with someone else. It’s no surprise that their reviews continue to decline with customer service like this. The building may have been remodeled, but it’s clear the service advisors, especially Aubrey Henry, need an overhaul too.

Great experience in purchasing a new Santa Fe.

Great experience in purchasing a new Santa Fe. Excellent staff from the receptionist through the sales associate and finance manager. Everything discussed was done professionally and in a friendly manner. They provided us a great deal and we are very pleased with the experience.
