The dealership itself is very nice.
The dealership itself is very nice. I enjoyed my entire experience start to finish. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially Gene. The process was absolutely seamless, and he gave me the best customer service I could’ve asked for. I will be recommending Springfield Hyundai AND Gene Saunders to everyone in the market for a vehicle.

No wonder there are a bunch a bad reviews. Called to schedule for an oil change at about 500 miles before my return for service sticker. Prior to appointment confirmed it was still complimentary and it is up until 36k. Arrived at my appointment few minutes early stated I was waiting for my car and that I had rearranged my whole day for this appointment. AJ at the service desk waited on me and gave me some xxxxxxxx excuse as to why my oil change would not be complimentary now. Stated I would have to pay. If this is how loyal customers are treated at your dealership that’s is very very disappointing and AJ had not a care in the world about his customer service. I will never step back foot in this dealership again and will go to west Chester from now on. They obviously had training on customer service and how to treat people.

I can't really comment on the purchasing process since
I can't really comment on the purchasing process since they wouldn't even take time to show me any vehicles. I was interested in taking a look at both a Palisades and the new Sante Fe, but when I approached Mr Taylor in the showroom, he barely slowed down, telling me to just walk outside towards the back of the building. I found a few Sante Fe models parked, but was never given an.opportunity to sit in one. I guess I'll have to check other dealers that are interested in new business.

Gardner’s professionalism was top notch.
Gardner’s professionalism was top notch. I told him what I was looking for and he told me what trim level I should start with. Working with him on approval was easy. He was in constant communication with me. He’s a great asset to this team. I highly recommend him if you are car shopping.
