No pressure, Very helpful, no one seemed ready to attack us when we drove into the dealership. That was not the case down the street.

I had an appointment to get a recall fix on June 6th.

I had an appointment to get a recall fix on June 6th. Got out there - said oh you didn't order the part (isn't that YOUR job??). They said it would be a week. Here it is August 14th and I have called or left messages 7 or 8 times with NO response. Furious. Cannot get a single human being on the phone. This car has a risk of fire due to this recall... you would think they would actually care about that.

Tony was really great, walked me through the process,

Tony was really great, walked me through the process, showed me everything. As this was my first car purchase, in several years, I was a little nervous, it is also my first KIA, but after a ton of research, we ultimately decided to go with a KIA Soul S, and was able to get a great deal with Bob Sight Kia.

Don't care about customer service.

Don't care about customer service. Overpriced $99 oil change. Wouldn't match competitors $10 coupon. Even to keep me as a customer. I bought my car from them...been getting service there for 12 years. They raise there oil change to $99 and then talk down to me explaining why they won't give me $10 off. Don't buy a car here if you want to be respected. They will rip you off in the service dept.
