Timely and Effective

Upon arrival, Byron was friendly and and helpful. Updated me that my car had a couple recalls, and helped resolve all my problems.

Great service

Fast and friendly staff. We were in and out within 2 hours. Scratch to hood was attempted to buff out but a resolution was reached and we completed the sale.

Honest and Amazing Communication

We have been on the car hunt for the past 3 years, knowing we needed as new vehicle as our family grew. When we finally settled on getting a Carnival, I looked all over the KC and surrounding area for the best deal. Bob Sight was the only dealership with HONEST pricing on their website and when talking to a sales rep. Ordering a Carnival was seamless. It even came in earlier and Matt did an EXCELLENT job at communicating with us during the entire process. We were out of the dealership under 2 hours upon arrival for our purchase. I will tell anyone and everyone to go to Bobsight.
