Great selection, wonderful customer service

Best experience, fast service good selection and great customer service. Our salesperson was the best, we had been tp several other dealers looking for this specific vehicle and this was by far the best.

Great car buying experience in Independence

Mr. C was wonderful to work with as well as the sales manager Jim Ellis. After test driving the Seltos and receiving their first offer, we told them we thought that was too low but that we wanted to look at the Hyundai Kona before we made any final decision. Both men asked what they could do to trade right then and were not pushy when we told them we wanted to check out Kona first. After looking at and driving Kona we decided to return and negotiate with Mr. C and Jim and made an offer they accepted. We have bought several new vehicles over the last 35 years and this was one of the best experiences we have had. No pressure to buy extended warranty or other packages. They were offered and no pressure when we refused them. Finance gentleman was very upfront about interest rates as we were looking at option to buy outright or finance. We ended up buying outright. We live in Branson, MO area and Mr. C knew we had a daughter that lives less than 5 minutes from the dealership so he told us to call when ready for first oil change a few days in advance and he would get us an appointment for the oil change. We have been to several dealers in Springfield and they have started having extreme low inventories and wanting you to reserve vehicles as they are shipped in. One dealer had a $2000 market charge to sticker price because they is shortage of vehicles. We feel we were very fairly treated and won't hesitate to drive 4 hours on future vehicle purchases.

Fantastic Service!
