AutoNation Toyota service department is top notch. The service advisor, Hugo Martinez, was excellent in listening to my service request. Kept me informed on the status of my vehicle, while I waited for service to completed. All service requests were completed per my request. Autonation Toyota is pretty good on scheduling as per customer convenient and ready as per schedule take your vehicle for service, in my experience front desk is very good on answering questions, servicing team (Pablo) is having enough patience on listening complaints and helping on answering all of them, indeed service got completed on time with no extra waiting, happy with my service with Autonation Toyota. I was told that my cars oil change service was only going

I was told that my cars oil change service was only going to take between 1 1/2 hrs - 2 hours and it took 5 hours.

I took my truck in for service, and they did a great job.

I took my truck in for service, and they did a great job. There was a slight hiccup, but the service manager quickly resolved the issue. I would definitely recommend service.

Brought my vehicle in for a state inspection.

Brought my vehicle in for a state inspection. The service advisor insisted something was wrong with the battery and that it needed to be replaced immediately. Only to later inform that no batteries were available. Then the sales pitches started. They seemed to be more interested in getting me to trade in my vehicle instead of providing the service that was scheduled. After 4 hours of waiting, my vehicle was returned with the license plate bent 90 degrees, gashes in my dash, and the battery terminals not screwed on. When I brought this to the Manger's attention, I was dismissed, almost ignored, and their only comment was to suggest I increase the frequency of my oil changes. #NotGood
