I was there 2 minutes early and they did the oil change &

I was there 2 minutes early and they did the oil change & tire rotation in 50 minutes, and washed the bogy as well. Good job! My car had been "keyed" at the Home Depot in Pasadena about 6 months ago, and as I strolled through the dealership I noticed a couple of tech's applying ceramic coatings to new vehicles. They were able to buff out nearly all the scratched areas and made the car look new again. I am very happy with them

Awesome service

Honestly, i was impress on how they treated me. A service like no other, the machine that they have to detect if you due for an alignment is awesome, i have not see one in any other dealer. Overall great great service.

Battery check

I went to find out what was wrong with my radio/Navigation system and they checked my battery which showed bad.. ok, I was convinced to buy the battery from Toyota because it has a better warranty, I advised him I didn?t want to pay for installation and was told they would give me a discount, it would be around $200 They did give me $50 off but I was charged $74 for installation and it took them 2 hours ?with an appointment ?. He said he asked the head technician about my radio and they said I would need to buy a new system. Fir $6000 plus labor ?. What?? My Rav4 is only 3 years old .. and I?m just outside of warranty.. I don?t think the system is bad, I think they didn?t even check it. This is the 1nd bad experience there . The 1st time the service tech asked me for a tip ..3 times?
