Sold me a wreaked car with a clean car fax.

Sold me a wreaked car with a clean car fax. And didn’t bother to tel me that the car was wreak and never claimed.. After I contacted the dealership I was told to take them the car. They seen all the damages on the vehicle and manager just asked for the car fax and told me it was never on a wreck. That he was not going to take care of it. So I’m stuck with $45,000 SUV that it was wreaked.. Will never go back and will not recommend no one to go there.

I already talked to the GM and the answer I gotten was your eyes are better then mine, I do see some damage but nothing that we can do now. Now they told me they were going to replace the windshield because it was cracked and now I feel like they giving me the run around. Before I purchased the vehicle the windshield was in stock but now it’s not and I keep waiting for a call or text and get nothing unless I call them..

longtime customer; this is my 3rd Prius

I brought my Prius in for a free oil and filter change and my annual car inspection. The car was taken in as scheduled and a video with commentary about my tires as it was on a lift was sent to my phone. The job was finished in a reasonable amount of time.

AutoNation Toyota Gulf Freeway Houston

Jose was professional, courteous, and understanding. I scheduled in advance and waited for my vehicle in the very spacious lobby. There was plenty of seating, television viewing, vending machines, all in all a clean and accommodating environment. The work was done and completed in a timely manner. I would definitely take my vehicle back for service there.
