I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership...

I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership and have always had an excellent experience. They bend over backwards to make the deal and are far from pushy. I've dealt with the other Ford dealerships in my area and this one is "hands down" the BEST.

Q was fantastic! He helped us get out of vehicle we could...

Q was fantastic! He helped us get out of vehicle we could not afford and into a great Fusion. He was very patient with me as I had to test drive everything. I appreciated hi follow up call with us after the sale, I had never gotten that before. HE has been great helping me with questions and even scheduled my first oil change! Love Q - recommend him to all our friends and family!

Just wanted to let everyone know that I was so happy...

Just wanted to let everyone know that I was so happy about the service we had gotten when we bought my wifes escursion that I turned around and traded my pick-up in. You know that this is a good dealership when there are people that will return within a week to buy another truck. Both the buys where very good deals and the staff there is awesome. Would recomend this dealer to anyone.

This dealership is great there personel are fabulous Quentin did a great job for me, I drove over 500 miles to look at the vehicle and was very happy that it was just as described no surprises. Salesman are not pushy and you feel they have youre best interest at heart. would definitely go to again! Thanks

Enjoyed my experience of doing business with Interstate...

Enjoyed my experience of doing business with Interstate Ford once again. Yes, we are a repeat customer and so are the kids. Just purchased a F-150 Platinum edition 2013. Everything from pricing to financing was a breeze. Mike Held and Vicki Lopez are excellent to work with. The service department at Interstate is excellent. Adrian and Jeff are always ready to go above and beyond regardless of the issue. Thanks to Mike Held for an outstanding dealership and excellent employees. A great experience. After visiting several Ford Dealerships and one Kia...

After visiting several Ford Dealerships and one Kia Dealership through out Colorado, I was finally able to settle down and do business with Interstate 25. Quinten "Q" Clark went above and beyond his required call of duty to assure that all my needs and demands were meant. He was relentless in his efforts to close this deal and ensure that all my needs were meant to extreme satisfaction. Through many phone calls and all my challenging demands, Q came through to ensure that I was getting the deal I was searching for. He created a deal that felt as though it was being transpired between two friends and not between a dealer and a buyer. It was by far a great experience and would recommend anyone buying or leasing a car to shop at Interstate 25.

Clint was fantastic! We came in and found exactly the car...

Clint was fantastic! We came in and found exactly the car we had been searching for. When we got there the car we had driven up to see was no longer on the lot, it had been sent to auction. I immediately was turned off about talking about it any further. Clint talked with my husband and explained the process we could go through to bring the car back from auction and if it was exactly what we were looking for we could purchase it and if not we weren't under any obligation to do so. He was patient, took his time explaining things to us and answering all of our questions. He listened to our needs and was great working with us on the pricing. As promised Clint got the vehicle picked up from the auction on Monday. We drove up to see it. There were a few minor things to be fixed but he delivered true on his promise with us to do so. We were pleased with the service he offered us. We are so happy with our new car and have plans to go back this weekend to get the few items fixed. Although it was a bit of a drive from where we live we would happily refer any friends to Interstate Ford and have plans to head back that way for our next car purchase. We will be sure to tell them to ask for Clint.

I had a tricky scenario where I had a need to trade in...

I had a tricky scenario where I had a need to trade in three cars for a new purchase. Long story... Stacia was my first contact and my contact the entire time. I had high-level posed the question of a 3-for-1 trade on the website and Stacia promptly answered my email and said they would be interested. Later I met with Stacia, with one of my trade-ins, and later with another one. We were able to complete a 3-for-1 trade-in, purchase a new truck to replace them, and complete all the paperwork in a very timely manner. This was extremely important to me as I was working on limited time. Stacia was very helpful, friendly, understood and cared about my time limitations, as well as the ability to handle a "more complex" transaction. Thank you to Stacia and the entire team at Interstate Ford.
