Stacia is awesome

Leased a 2014 Ford Fusion Energi. Stacia (our sales person) was absolutely awesome. She was very helpful and definitely gave us the feeling of understanding what we were looking for, along with thoroughly going through the new vehicle options with us. Financing went fairly quickly (always slow) but faster than other places we have been. They gave us a good value for our trade in (2012 Ram 1500). We have already referred several of our family to her when they were looking for a different vehicle.

Excellent experience!

One of the best car buying experiences I've had! Stacia was great to work with, very upfront and went above and beyond in any way possible. I would absolutely go back to Interstate Ford the next time I'm car shopping and work with Stacia again, and the whole team she works with from Finance to Service was outstanding.

Oil Change Rip-Off

So I take in my Ford for an oil change along with the coupon they sent me. The coupon says that for $39.95 you get The Works (synthetic blend oil, tire rotation, brake inspection and so on). Go to pay after the work is done and the bill is $47.41. After questioning about the up-charge the service manger tells me the synthetic blend oil was more expensive. I point out to him that the coupon price included a "synthetic blend oil change". Now get this...he tells me I got the "Special" synthetic blend oil. Couldn't see arguing with a guy who is intent of ripping me off and makes up the rules as he goes. Looks like they are more concerned with Profits than they are with customer service.

( 5qrts of synthetic blend oil and oil filter, tire rotation, battery test and full vehicle report card ) some restrictions do apply as noted on the bottom of our coupons. Per your inquiry on the special synthetic blend oil, Hybrids take a different weight of oil 0w20 not special just different then non hybrid/diesel vehicles. Taxes and shop supplies not included in this cost. We are working on clarifying our coupons as to help diminish any further misunderstanding's of our services . Working with Dennis Blair was wonderful...he is top notch!!! Found us our car very quickly, as we were in a bit of a hurry. I would recommend Dennis to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Great Guy

I usualy hate dealing with dealerships. But Stacia and Todd changed my feeling about dealerships. The promises they made me, they didn't blow smoke. I had to drive 2 hours to get to I-25 Ford but, I will always be willing to drive that distance. I will always recommend I-25 Ford to anybody.

Leased 2015 Ford Edge

worst service department in Ford History

Brought my 96 Ford E 150 in for a coolant leak while passing through on vacation thinking Ford vehicle = Ford dealer to get the fastest high quality work to get us back on road. Wrong. This service department never really even did any true diagnosis to find the problem. We waited for 2-1/2 hours in waiting room (they are in the middle of nowhere) for them to come out and say water pump is leaking, $500.00 for the repair but we can't get parts until late today. I am thinking, really? you are a Ford dealer and you cant' get a part for half a day? In TX the ford dealers get parts within hours!!!! They ushered me back and gave me my key and said the van was waiting out side and good luck. Never even gave me a chance to say yes or no to the repair. Just basically asked me to leave them alone and go somewhere else. Called a friend in Denver asking for a shop referral. He sent me to Southwest Automotive in Littleton. Southwest didn't trust the Ford dealer diagnosis and took the time to dig down and find the actual leak. We barely had enough time to walk to a restaurant and back for lunch and they had the leaking hose located over the water pump replaced and we were on the road again. $200.00 parts labor and replacement coolant and DONE!!!!

Satisfied

Very pleased with the customer care that we received, start to finish. We were really just 'looking' on our first visit. Dennis took great care of us, took note of our needs and let us go on our way. He said he would keep us informed of inventory. He did just that, and after a few months we are fitted with a perfect vehicle that fits our needs. We're coming back for the next ride.
