The roof of my Bronco needed to be replaced under

The roof of my Bronco needed to be replaced under warranty. I brought it in and the tech verified the need for replacement. Took all day, but ok. The new roof came in quickly but when I brought it in for the repair, they were not able to complete the work they were prepared for the required glass replacement which meant I had to bring it back a second time. They should have understood the repair requirements before they started. Very inconvenient. Be better prepared for an obvious repair like this one. It was not a troubleshooting diagnostic. I’m sure Ford outlined the procedure that could have been referenced in preparation. The work was ultimately completed satisfactorily.

Ryan's service is absolutely 5-Star. He is the definition of professionalism and a pleasure to work with. I've bought a lot of cars over the last 35 years, and this was the most hassle-free, painless car dealer & purchase experience I've ever had. If you need a car or truck don't waste your time with other dealers and def not inferior ones that claim to be "different". You can tell Ryan really cares about customer satisfaction with his instant replies to my questions and his availability for after-sale inquiries.

A mobile technician came to our home and performed the required repairs for a couple of recalls on our 2021 Bronco Sport. The technician was prompt, courteous, and quickly made the necessary repairs. It was extremely convenient to have this service done at our home rather than at the dealership.

Ron and Robbie made the recent experience so easy and enjoyable. Ron is a personable, easy-going, and intelligent. Robbie as well; so easy to speak with. Both are more interested in what the customer wants and needs than any goal they may have. Ron actually suggested a cheaper vehicle as an option at one point in the conversation. Impressive!

It’s bad that the sales department is so good and service

It’s bad that the sales department is so good and service is so bad. I cannot believe that I need to leave a brand new truck for two days for door locks. My last truck was a Chevy and when it needed to be there longer than 1 day they gave loaners. Your service department will keep me from buying another ford.
