When we finally got the part in...
This Is tough Jeff was great, very knowledgeable and nice - whenever I called to check in, he gave me a quick status - Problem I had was that it took almost two weeks to get the new part in to replace the part. I called every other day to see if it was in yet and/or see when I was able to get my truck back in.

Excellent experience! I cannot speak more highly of my sales representative David and the entire interstate Ford team. They were responsive to my questions, timely in the preparation of their paperwork, and the car delivery came off without a hitch. Perfect service, perfect response times, perfect experience!

Buying experance
This is the second truck I have purchased from interstate ford in two years. We made the deal with some stipulations that they would transfer my hitch from one truck to another. That is when this whole thing went south. this was all to happen on Monday after a Saturday purchase. Monday they told me they didn't have time. I said ok I had to get a window put in the back of my old truck so now it was going to be Tuesday. Got the window in but no hitch transfer. Wednesday got a call from my sales men and he told me the people were busy and they would get the truck over to the guy and have it done by Thursday. I said ok I will keep the rental car till they were done call me. At around 10:30 on Thursday the sales man called and said the hitch people said the hitch wouldn't work on a ford. This struck me kind of odd because it was coming off a ford. He told me I would have to call my camper place and talk to them. I did call the camper place and found all I needed was a n adapter plate to make the hitch work .When talking to the camper people they told me the salesman that called didn't even know if the new truck had a puck system or not.. than I got the managers involved and found out my hitch was still on my old truck and it was in Utah needless to say I am very disappointed on how they have handled this so far. More to follow if my hitch gets here today ( Friday . hoping to leave for a long weekend in the morning.

over the top service
We had an idiot light pop up and a stubborn tranny that would not shift out of 3 rd gear on our used F-150. On a Monday Morning I called to schedule a service appointment and was told their tranny tech was unavailble for a full week . Jeff knowing our need for the truck and that not having a sevice tech available for a week was unaccetptable reached out to another local Ford dealership that took me in the very next day and had my Vehicle done early that afternoon. It is extremely reassuring knowing people go above and beyond the expected at Interstate Ford in Dacona ---- just a short 15 minute drive from 1-25 and 104 th ave for the best sales and service one could ask for !!!

Awesome experience
I was in the market for a new Fiesta ST and the staff at Interstate really delivered! It was a low pressure experience, Sara was awesome, I was able to take an extensive test drive without any problems. Even on closing, Sara and Q, were there to help! Sara came in on her day off, while Q got me approved for a loan with an even lower interest rate than my bank! If I ever need another Ford, Interstate Ford will be getting my business!

Great Service Department
The dealership is great but the service department is what will keep me coming back. I have dealt with numerous dealerships and service departments in the past and will not even look at the cars on the lot of a few of them due to the service department, this will be exactly the opposite, I will go to Interstate because of their service department,
