The Best!

They are absolutely wonderful to deal with. Friendly and courteous! We were t quite sure if we wanted an Explorer or an Edge. There was no rush to decide and no pressure to purchase one over the other. This was the second vehicle we purchased and I will purchase from them again!

The best I have ever experienced.

Stacia was the best sales person I have ever dealt with at a dealership in my life, and I have dealt with several in my time. I will ONLY deal with her when the time comes to purchase a vehicle from now on. And Q was awesome too!!!! Easy going and knowledgable!

Excellent, quick and easy!

Jarrod was our salesman and he was great to work with. He made the process easy and he was very respectful to my wife and I. When it came time for the financial part we dealt with Q, he was very friendly and informative! Relaxed and straight forward used truck shopping

I've had a few bad experiences at dealerships before and was hesitant to get a used truck from one , but decided to give Interstate Ford a chance. They had a great selection of new and used cars and trucks, especially used trucks. I was able to find two easily that were candidates in my price range and Sara Holman was extremely patient as I decided what would fit my needs best. She was honest with numbers but willing to work with us and in the end I feel she gave us the right balance between information and time/space to make a decision. I felt that Sara really wanted to make sure it was a good fit and definitely didn't try to up-sell me or put me in a position she knew I wouldn't be able to fulfill financially. After deciding Michael Ververs made the final paperwork and signing a breeze. Overall I was excited to get a great deal and very happy with the clear and honest communication! Highly recommended!

The Best Service Dept. ever!

I will continue to bring my F-150 in to the service department at Interstate Ford. I get courteous and prompt service. My questions are always answered and I drive away knowing my truck is in great running condition.

The best bar none!

I live about 5 hrs away from Interstate Ford,i bought a f150 earlier this year i must say it bay far the best truck i have ever owned. The service dept.is the best the men & women are great and know there Dennis Blair And Adrien are outstanding to deal with!

100% Satisfied

I live and have my business 1/4 mile from Brighton Ford. That is the worst service team, and customer service I've ever seen at a business. Started driving all the way to Interstate. Have never had one issue, and always get fast communication. Jeff is my guy, and there's none better! I never give reviews. Just don't think I have time, but in this case, it is deserved. I just hope the service can remain this good, as the word gets out, but looking at the amount of vehicles parked around there, so far, so good! Bought new van last year as well.
