Nissan of Elk Grove was great from start with Lee sending me a video of my dream vehicle the Pathfinder Platinum with the chestnut interior, i was sold!! I came a long way fir this particular model. Upon arrival i was greeted by Lee who did an excellent job explaining the features and functions. Salesmanager Jarell Boyd, made us feel like family and made the process so smooth. We were shopping all day for a new vehicle and decided to give Nissan a try. Glad we did!!!! From the first introduction from Peter we felt comfortable and understood not rush into buying. We came here almost a month ago and worked with few different salesperson but couldn't make my decision. But I worked with Amy and was able to select my car. And today again I bought my 2nd car because of the experience I had with This dealership and customer service I got it from Amy. Very knowledgeable, respectful, and lot of patience with us and kids.
