To seal the deal, the dealership included an extended warranty while matching the price of a competitor. On the day we picked up the car, my wife noticed the rear window was severely scratched. Caskinette Ford, not only agreed to replace the window but also to send someone to our home to do it. In short, the staff took excellent care of us. Joe, the sales manager, okay-ed the window replacement. Corey Taylor, the sales rep, followed through on everything he told us he would do. Wendy Cornell reached out to us regarding a corroded battery terminal. Yes, a minor glitch, but this demonstrated the dedication and desire of the entire staff to make their customers feel like they matter. A visit to the service department likewise was a positive experience. Jamison was very friendly and took the time to answer our questions. Finally, I would be remiss if didn't mention the helpfulness and attentiveness of Craig Caskinette during my initial contact with the dealership.

I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. Service Department: Excellent/outstanding service. The work done on my truck (2500 Ram Laramie -Crew Cab-8 ft. bed) was perfect. Note: I’ve also taken in my GT Convertible Mustang and would give them five stars for this vehicle as well. This department goes above and beyond from start to finish. The leadership, customer service (Morgan), and “the service member team” is the best by far in the area. Professional, friendly, constant updates, excellent communication, and very knowledgeable. Caskinett’s Service Department’s reputation for excellence is well deserved and I would never go to another. Thank you, from another very satisfied military family. Over these past four years you have grown to surpass all of the competitors in the Watertown/Fort Drum area (work done, price, arrangements for both car and driver pickup, work time, after services (wash), customer service, open/clean/comfortable waiting area with workspace & snacks, followup, discounts (thank you for the immaculate detail), and advice on future services and upkeep, etc. Multiple duty stations, in the past 26 years, I can say their service department is a cut above the rest.

2022 F150 PowerBoost 3.5 twin turbo absolutely hauls xxx with phenomenal gas mileage on a 30 gallon tank. I’ve gotten a true 600 and 700 miles out of a tank of gas when it’s in Eco mode it will run on battery alone if you’re on flat level ground and maintain your speed that’s how they obtain so many miles out of a tank full of gas probably one of the best F1 50s I’ve owned and I’ve had several of them. If you leave it in tow Haul mode it will disengage the auto stop start so the vehicle remains on. It’s been absolutely bullet proof with zero issues. If I’m not driving the Dually Diesel F350 I’m driving this..

Found a listing an F350 on cars.com. It was equipped exactly like we wanted. I called the dealership and was put in touch with Travis who was my sales representative. I live 1,300 miles away from the dealership. I have purchased several vehicles from long distance over the years. Travis made the process very easy. I booked airline tickets to Syracuse, NY and he delivered the pick up to me at the airport. In less than 30 minutes I was starting my drive back home. Overall a great experience. I round recommend them to anyone.

My 2022 STX 4x4 is totally awesome. Most importantly it’s 100% American. The 5.0 engine puts out plenty of power and pulls great . I put a 3 inch lift on the front and a 2 1/2 inch lift on the rear . I’m riding on 2022 35” inch tires and 18” raptor wheels . Also have an exhaust system with a large cold air intake system and passenger side oil catch can . All work was done at mall of ga ford . Now I have 15475 miles and just had my fourth oil change and service from mall of ga ford they completely take care of my truck .

It was definitely worth the 5 hour trip to purchase a car from Phinneys. Matt was friendly ,honest and easy to deal with. When we arrived we were pleased to see the SUV was in mint condition as promised with all the options we were looking for. Matt had prepared the paperwork in advance therefore only one trip was required and our day was limited to Saturday. There was no pressure to purchase extra warranties. Matt explained everything throughly and accurately. The monthly payment was the same as he quoted and there was a minimal paper fee unlike other dealers who charge $300 or more. This is hands down the best car I have ever owned!! I've had it 11 years and my 2014 Honda Accord has never needed a repair. I have only ever had to do regular maintenance on it (battery, brake pads, tires, etc). What an incredible value at $22K!!! One feature that has been buggy is the infotainment/Bluetooth but I can live with it.

Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports. We travel a fair amount both to the airport and on road trips. So our new vehicle needed to get all of us and luggage wherever we’re going. So far this is doing it.

I don’t care where you live (within reason), you have to come here! I live 45 minutes away and we were actually headed farther north, but we’re so glad that we just happened to drive by and stopped here. This is the best experience I have had with a dealership in my 7+ years of driving. Also, please be sure to work with Jessica Huckle. She really took care of me with my OCD and perfectionist tendencies AND with a used vehicle nonetheless. She makes sure you’re further protected (they have a lot of protection plans you can purchase) and the vehicle is in perfect condition (within reason, especially for used) before you sign and drive off the lot. So don’t expect to leave same day with it, especially if they just got the vehicle in the day before you look at it (LOL). Anyways, long story short, great dealership and work with Jess Huckle!!

At 129,000 mi I replaced the plugs,igniti on coils,belt tensioner and belt,PCV,M AP sensor,water pump,new aluminum coolant crossover( by plastic), aluminu m thermostat housing and thermostat ,upper & lower radiator hoses,new all aluminum oil filter housing(by plastic),n ew lower& upper intake manifold gaske ts,cut out the plastic heater core "Tee" and installed a metal 1"x1"x1/2" and ne w hose clamps,flushed and refilled OAT antifreeze,drained trany pan and put in new oil filter and new trany pan"with a installed drain plug" in it,replaced the 3.5 qts of synthetic ATF+4 transmission fluid that come out of it and used the trany fluid check stick at 150° F throug h the "dealer only" trany fluid tube cap to 63 mm measurement trany fluid leve l,replaced both upstream O2 sensors, cleaned the throttle and throttle body, put on a new lower engine oil pan( that the oil change shop stripped the drain plug threads out on) changed the 5W-2 0 synthetic oil,and drained/ pumped out all rear end gear lube oil and put in new 75W-140 gear lube. I figure,that, my 2014 charger SE 3.6L should be good for another 100,000 to 200,000 miles ( of course,I will drain an d refill the trany fluid again after 10,00 0 to 15,000 mi to bring my fluid ratio up to 75% -90% clean/ new trany fluid) . I've already brought my MPG up from 18 mpg to 26mpg Lesson and advice--"take care of your car/ investment and you won't have to spend another $30,000 to $90,000 for/on a new car' (I call "the junk and crap cars of today)". Personally-im considering a 1960' s to 1970's dodge,Chevy SS,Pontiac,cuda,or GTO of yester-year I remember owning and diving in my youth( 45+ years ago).

I have been looking at new Jeeps for awhile was needing a new vehicle was driving a 2005 dodge grand caravan sxt drove it everywhere kid's learned how to drive in it. But I'm a jeep guy have a 1979Jeepcj7 since brand new drive it daily. Seen the jeep cherokee trailhawk at my local dealership talked to them about it took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. Had to take it home. Very comfortable all the buttons are in the right places. Display screen is very simple to navigate easy-to-use app's phone linked right up no need to look at it. Mics are in right places above head everyone I call or calls me has no problem hearing me. Has alot of safety features to get use to but not hard. I have had other cherokee in the past but love this one. If you are interested in a Jeep check out the Cherokee line like I said I'am a Jeep guy test drive and you will see what I mean.
