I've purchased at least new vehicles 10 new vehicles in

I've purchased at least new vehicles 10 new vehicles in the last 15 years for the family. We've had some really good experiences and unfortunately some not so good experiences. The day we purchased our Bronco at Galphin we started our day early in the morning at another Ford dealership that was much closer to our house and wanted to give them an opportunity to earn our business. I was so disappointed with the initial approach of the salesperson. My wife and I were turned off immediately, but gave him a shot, and he just kept asking us will you promise to buy today if I give you a good deal, and other corny question, and it was time to jump ship. We headed over to give Galphin. We walked to the front desk and asked for the Fleet manager Cheryl who was absolutely awesome right off the bat. My wife and I knew within the first 10 seconds of meeting her that we we're going to be taken care of. We told Cheryl about our earlier experience in the day with another Ford dealership and told her what we wanted and how much we wanted to put down. She introduced us to Adrian. He was extremely professional, and didn't come across as a desperate salesperson, which is so refreshing. He showed us a few models. We ended up selecting the Bronco that we wanted, in middle of the paperwork we ended deciding on a 4 door, and we felt so bad to start the process all over again, but Adrian was so gracious and said Hey it's all good, we want to make sure you get the right vehicle that you want. Adrian was the point person from start to finish. We didn't have to get bounced to the finance person. We got the Bronco for the exact down payment and monthly payment we wanted. Working with Adrian made the buying process such a great experience. He definitely raised the bar and has customers for life for our entire family

Sam was friendly and professional.

Sam was friendly and professional. He answered all our questions. We did not feel the sales pressure. He made us feel that he really wanted our business. Even though there was not much wiggle room, he worked with us on the price. Prior to meeting Sam, we saw a car we liked at another dealer but we still decided to go with Sam. The great experience dealing with Sam definitely played a part in it. Thank you, Sam!

Darrell Bryan and the Galpin team were so great to work

Darrell Bryan and the Galpin team were so great to work with the entire process of getting my new car! I had driven the same vehicle for 15 years, with me through high school, college, moving across the country, and 5 years of living in Los Angeles, so picking a new car was a daunting process, and Darrell was 100% responsible for making us comfortable and giving us time, space, and guidance on finding the right fit! He was not judgmental, personable, and made it feel like getting help from a friend. Looking forward to using him for any vehicle needs in the future!

I bought my current car from Darrell Bryan a few years

I bought my current car from Darrell Bryan a few years ago. I’m considering a new car although I still love my fusion. Darrell was so helpful in showing me my options and explaining the pros and cons of each. He’s pure gold. Can’t imagine buying from anyone else
