This was my first purchase from a dealership in my life. I found good reviews of Matthew and Galpin Ford online and those other reviews were what made me want to purchase my Maverick through them. Matthew was a TOTAL professional the entire way through, from ordering to purchase, and kept me well informed at every step along the way. We've all heard horror stories of going to dealerships and I think those stories prevented me from considering purchasing from a dealer in the past. Matthew has singlehandedly changed my perception of this experience. If I EVER need another Ford, I will go out of my way to purchase it through him. He wanted nothing more than for me to have a positive experience with my purchase, and was totally supportive of my decisions and worked tirelessly to get me exactly what I want. I wholeheartedly recommend him. He exemplifies what this experience should be like.

Real is the absolute man! In a sea of salespeople who don’t seem genuine, caring, or helpful - this man rises to the top. I had done a lot of research and communicated with lots of dealerships in LA and no one compared with Real. He checked in almost daily and yet, never seemed too pushy. Communication was always prompt (don’t know how he does it). He would send videos, was always happy to hop on a call, and was always on the hunt to help me find my dream car. Shopping for cars can be very stressful and he made the whole process seem relaxed and was always very respectful. Sadly I was set on a specific color that Galpin didn’t have in the trim falling in my price point. I had to make the hard decision to go elsewhere, but Reals time working with me was not lost. My new goal is to get my credit score up and come see him in a year (or maybe less) to upgrade to the Bronco two door. Keep up the good work and thanks for all of your help!

Real Andrews was terrific!! He spent a lot of time with me, going over the nuances of the car and the deal. He has the patience of a saint. I highly recommend him.

Solid seller. Real’s got a good attitude to him, and a solid sense of direction. He knows a good amount on cars, but more importantly if he doesn’t know something he’ll get that info for you quick. Can’t suggest a visit here for your used car needs!

Just bought a first time secondhand car. Real made it extremely easy answered all the questions put all my concerns regarding it being a secondhand car at ease. Next time I’m in the market for a new or used car I will definitely contact him and hopefully he’ll still be working at Galpin because Galpin was great as well.
