Salesperson Alichia helped me with my ionic 6 purchase, and it was a wonderful experience! I don’t say that lightly, as buying a car is something I usually dread. After visiting a different dealership the day before where I got the usual run around and red flags, it was so nice to have a knowledgeable, patient and friendly salesperson! I highly recommend her, and autonation.

Poor reception upon arrival.

Poor reception upon arrival. Arrived 7:20 for 7:30 appt. 1 person working client outside while 4 others sat at terminals. No one came out to greet me. Service time took over 2 hours, which I thought was somewhat excessive. Thought it should be more like 1.5 to 2 hrs. Not impressed

Increase awareness of staff to watch for and intervene when a customer pulls up. Don't wait for them to come inside. This is the first dealership that I had to solicit help upon arrival. Have always had someone come out to greet me even if they were not my rep. Improve turnaround time for normal oil change, rotation service.

Ashley is a great service advisor.

Ashley is a great service advisor. Terrence, our mechanic, is the best. Always fixes my car and gives it back better than it was.

We are from out of state, didn't purchase from this

We are from out of state, didn't purchase from this dealership, but during our visit at Christmas, we needed the oil change and tire rotation. Jace in the service dept was very gracious and accommodating. Would recommend.

15 Stars I recently had the pleasure of purchasing an SUV from Auto Nation Tempe Hyundai, and I highly recommend them as they made my buying experience stress-free and enjoyable. Josh Gavin, the salesman who assisted me, was incredibly friendly, eager to help, and extremely knowledgeable the Hyundai brand, as he personally owns a Hyundai. The dealership had a large selection of car inventory with impeccably clean cars, making my browsing and buying experience enjoyable and stress-free. The Sales Manager, Mikayla, was the BEST Sales Manager I have ever run an offer by, and she approved my offer quickly. No waiting game, no games, from this dealership; just kindness. After buying my beautiful car, Josh checked in with me several days later to make sure everything was OK. They made me feel like a person, not just a number during the buying process from the moment I drove onto the lot, through the test drive, and finally streamlining the sale. I have previously visited the Auto Nation Toyota Service/Parts Dept in the same Tempe Auto Mall, on many occasions for my Toyota for over 20 years, and they have also been the absolute Dream Team every visit. My Toyota Service Advisor even stayed after hours to make sure a new car battery was installed in my car. I never forgot how well I was treated there; maybe it’s the Auto Nation philosophy on customer service. If you're in the market for a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend Tempe Hyundai. If I would have known about the impeccable quality of these cars, I would have purchased one years ago! Thank you Josh, Mikayla, and Dustin & Jacob (the Awesome finance guys)! YOU ARE ROCK STARS!
