We were not expecting to come home with a 2025 Hyundai

We were not expecting to come home with a 2025 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid. Actually, we were just looking, but we decided to move forward with the purchase and are very happy we did. Thank you Dan and Jacob for all you did to get us what we want. The staff and all were very nice and I didn’t feel pressured. Thank you for giving us an awesome experience!

Yes, We are thrilled to find Auto Nation Tempe. We purchased our Santa Fe at Earnhardt Gilbert and became quickly disenchanted; I will stop at that. I called Tempe Auto Nation and met Daana. She turned our disenchantment into what has turned into very positive experience. As from that point, we met our guy Max. I purchased a used 2022 Toyota Highlander Hybrid on

I purchased a used 2022 Toyota Highlander Hybrid on September 3, 2024 and would give Kinsey (sales associate,) Dustin (F&I,) and Smoovie (sales) all 5 stars but the Sales Manager Makaela gets 2 stars at best. 1) I spoke with Makaela on the phone and told her that I wanted to buy the Toyota and that I would fly from Boise, ID to Tempe, AZ the next day, arriving at 2:56 PM and that I would like to be picked up asap as I had a reservation that night in Las Vegas. I arrived on time without checked luggage and waited outside for 45 minutes to be picked up. The Sales Manager refused to reimburse my $230 plane fare or reduce the sales price....on a $42,750 sale! 2) One of the service techs showed me the inspection sheets and told me that the windshield had a chip but the windshield had been replaced (it hadn't been replaced but a botched chip repair job.) 3) The tires had a tread reading of 4/32nds on all 4 tires and 3/32nds would have made them have to replace the tires, which they didn't offer to do....how convenient. 4) The Owners Manuals were not in the glove box. Makaela said that they would look around for them. They were never found and she refused to replace them. 5) The process dragged on and I didn't get to Las Vegas until 1:30 AM. The only reason that I stuck around was that this was a difficult car to find: one owner, low mileage, great color and interior but I would avoid AutoNation for a future purchase just because of how the Sales Manager dropped so many xxxxx.
