I had an appointment for an oil change and when I got there they said there wasn't an appointment scheduled for me. An email was sent to me about this!! What a place!!

The service dept would not answer my calls or return my

The service dept would not answer my calls or return my messages promptly. But actually was doing thorough and timely repair. I was worried my repair wasn’t being done, when it actually was. Service advisor was overly busy. I sensed the department was lacking good techs, and everyone was hustling to make up for deficit of experienced techs.

I WA TOLD THE SERVICE WOULD TAKE 2,5 HOURS AND I WOULD

I WA TOLD THE SERVICE WOULD TAKE 2,5 HOURS AND I WOULD WAIT IN THE CUSTOMER LOUNGE. AFTER WAITING FOR OVER 5 HOURS, I INQUIRED WITH THE SVC MGR ABOUT THE VEHICLE, HE CALLED THE SVC REP AND SAID THE VEHICLE WAS DONE. CONVERSATION WITH THE SERVICE REP SAID THE VEHICLE HAD BEEN DONE OVER AN HOUR AND 2 ATTEMPTS TO INFORM ME HE RECEIVED NO ANSWER. I WAS IN THE SERVICE LOUNGE THE ENTIRE TIME AND HEARD NO ATTEMPT TO LOCATE ME. OTHERS HAD BEEN APPROCHED SVC REP BUT I HAD NOT. I WON'T SAY HE LIED BUT HIS ATTEMPTS TO LOCATE ME WERE NOT DONE AS FAR AS I COULD TELL. LOOKING AT THE PAPER WORK THE VEHICLE WAS FINISHED ON TIME, 2,5 HOURS.I WAITED FOR 3 HOURS WITH NO NOTIFICATION EXREMEMLY POOR SERVICE, AND I HAVE HAD BAD SERVIICE THERE IN THE PAST. I BOUGHT THE VEHICLE AT THIS DEALER AND WILL NEVER USE THIS DEALER FOR SALES OR SERVICE AGAIN AND WILL RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE WHO ASKES ME TO DO THE SAME,
