Terrible purchasing experience for my lease buy-out. I was handed off to a few different sales reps and when I finally was ready to finalize the purchase they tried to tell me my loan was invalid and that I needed to get financing through their dealership. At a much higher rate than the bank I was working with. I was finally able to explain that I already had a loan set up and when they realized I wouldn't finance through them they stopped caring about the sale. While I was waiting for accounting to draw up the papers, the workers would not stop complaining to me about going through a bank. They kept trying to say the bank was going to sell me on service packages and extended warranties. Once I told them this was not the case, he immediately tried to sell me on an extended warranty package... Totally unprofessional experience and I am glad to be done as I will not be returning to that slimy dealership.

My experience with Niko & Brandon was a great one. I only visit dealerships when I am ready to buy because of negative experiences with sales personnel. But I can say that because of my experience with Niko & Brandon, I will definitely consider AutoNation @ Mesa when I get ready to buy a different vehicle.

Vehicle purchase
Got to the dealership at about 9:30 to sign papers on a vehicle bought night before. No one else in the dealership, it took 2 hours before I could sign papers and get out of there. Pathetic

Because of this young man, I will definitely consider your dealership for my next car. I have not bought a car miss dealership Since I bought my 2005 Corvette. It was the service department that turned me off to the dealership. AutoNation in Gilbert also turned me off to automation. The amount of time that it used to take to get my service done the problems I had getting my rebate back from the vehicle I had after I sold it I must say this young man has totally changed my mind. When dealing with automation in Gilbert, I even had to get Chevrolet involved. Being a GM employee I always have bought GM. You now will be on the top of my list for consideration when buying my next car in about a year.
