Was given an appointment for Tuesday the 23rd, I dropped

Was given an appointment for Tuesday the 23rd, I dropped my car off Monday night and was told I'd get a call bu end of day Tuesday. No call by 5pm,i called and spoke with service, was told that someone would get back to me, o got a text apologizing that they couldn't look at it today but still get on it 1st thing Wednesday. Long story short, they held my car 5 days and did nothing, and when I went to pick it up and told the service writer about having my car 5 days and it hadn't been touched, good response was sarcastically "t"ypical" I can't believe people still bring they vehicles here for service I would never buy here and certainly never recommend this dealership!

Dropped truck off for service and they sat on my truck

Dropped truck off for service and they sat on my truck for 4 days and didn’t even touch it. Had to call to find out what’s going on and they did nothing. Worst service I have gotten at a dealership to get truck serviced.

This vehicle purchase was one of the best I've had. Everyone was super friendly and made sure my visit was top notch. The process itself was painless and look forward to working with this dealership again in the future. The only part that was hard was making the drive from Las Vegas to Phoenix, but would be happy to do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you to all that made my experience a positive one!!! Mike

I purchased two cars from this dealership, and the sales

I purchased two cars from this dealership, and the sales experience was satisfactory. However, dealing with the service department has been a challenging experience. Reaching someone for service inquiries is difficult, as the main number routes to an out-of-state office and calls often go unanswered. It's taken me two weeks just to speak with a service representative about a simple part question. The dealership should reconsider and improve its communication process in the service department.

Please update your phone records 4 me. U have my wife's cell number. When my car was being serviced by your shop you called her to find out where I was. She told u "He is already there!". I told the kid that met me at the door and checked me in at 8 to change the number but I guess this error will go on.
