The service department is a joke I tryed to get ahold of

The service department is a joke I tryed to get ahold of them to repair an airbag issue for 4 days they could not find the time to return 4 messages so I could find out if my truck was safe to drive I gave up and called earheart chevy they responded within an hour and got me in two days I dropped my truck of at 830 am done at noon that is what a service department should be not a 4 day or more nightmare getting ahold of someone read the reveiws before you trust the service department at this dealer

First oil change on my 2023 Camaro SS convertible.

First oil change on my 2023 Camaro SS convertible. A little pricey, they managed to list that it was for a 2019 Silverado with 94,000 miles (not sure how one confuses a Camaro with a pick up). They could not update my email address to .net from .com no matter how many times I asked. I assume the oil change is fine, but there are a lot of places closer to home that will likely get the details correct.

Very friendly and clean service area and waiting room. I scheduled an oil change and it took longer because I have a Kia. They even washed the car when done which was an added bonus.
