Everyone was very pleasant and helpful from the person

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful from the person selling the car to the finance guy. Questions were always answered when asked. The waiting area very clean and tidy

Had an appointment for a brake fluid change on my 2018

Had an appointment for a brake fluid change on my 2018 Chevrolet Colorado. Although I didn’t see a technician work on truck I trust they did the job thoroughly. The truck was even washed before it was returned to me. The service manager, Donny, is a pleasure to deal with. The customer waiting lounge is clean and comfortable. I recommend AutoNation Chevrolet.

Jack was great, he gets 5 stars. The dealership however should not need to require I add the vehicle to my insurance before the purchase though. This did cause issues with my insurance since originally the loan was going to go through one bank, then found another with a lower interest rate, my insurance wanted to know who the bank was so this had to be updated when it could have been done right the first time.
