I stopped in the Gloucester Toyota on Saturday afternoon,

I stopped in the Gloucester Toyota on Saturday afternoon, a beautiful day after all the cold and bad weather. I found myself possibly needing a new car in a very limited time. I was driving a Lexus but had decided I wanted to try a Toyota. The Toyota Dealership was so much closer to me than the Lexus Dealership. What a wonderful experience. Taylor came out immediately and asked if he could help us and he did. My daughter, her boyfriend and I were shown around. We came in to look at one car but ended up liking the Land Cruiser Highlander. Taylor was very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I called Taylor on Monday and asked if he was available to sell a car and I arrived 45 minutes later. Everything went smoothly with no problems. I was then off to finance, and Jeff Flynn did an excellent job. Friendly, Courteous and Knowledgeable. Everything when through smoothly here and I was out in no time! I look forward to having Gloucester Toyota as my dealership. I see only good things in the future. I met several of the other staff members and they all appear to have the same work ethic. Ours was an internet sale, but the car was prepped

Ours was an internet sale, but the car was prepped beautifully when it arrived and the sales staff was very thorough in describing features and how to work them when we picked the car up.

We had a very good experience every time we went in, which was 5 times. We had to see what was available and what fit our needs. The sales people were most helpful.

Ive use their service department for over a decade to

Ive use their service department for over a decade to keep my Lexus running. Its like a dealer quality mom and pop operation to me. Reasonably priced, excellent work and Holly and the reservation crew are easy to communicate with, flexible and answer their phones.
