i took my car to have the remote start repaired but my right backup light was out and they did not tell me.or ask me if i wanted it fix

Ralph Moxley and the whole crew is amazing. Blew a tire and was able to get brand new ones in less then 48 hours! Made sure I knew everything before agreeing to pay. Workers worked hard to get me in and out in a timely manner.

This was the first time in 20 years of having a car serviced that I was greatly disappointed. Never had so many issues in one visit as this time. I was left without a car for 4 days because of wrong parts being sent. Not sure if I will continue with your service or go to one near my residence in Annapolis

The salesman listened to the specifications of what we wanted beforehand. My husband had spoken to him earlier in the week. It just so happened that what we wanted had just come in as a great used car deal. It was just what we wanted.

Unhappy had a slip bumper when I bought the car showed to sale man the date I bought the car they try to say it wasn’t there and want to sell me bumper for $100.00 very upset.

Sam was great, very nice guy. He was very helpful and got me out of there quick with the paperwork!
