Very Poor Disappointing Customer Service
Was told that there was no shuttle service on Mondays because the driver worked Saturday & after 20 minutes a driver showed up & drove a customer away. Had to wait 45+ minutes after my vehicle was done to have it checked out because my service advisor was on lunch break. No sure why the technician took the paperwork to the cashier & had me pay & get the keys from her. It was very disappointing experience, really bad customer service !!

No longer buy from this dealership because the one price
No longer buy from this dealership because the one price deal on used and poor inventory on new. Service department is all I go to at this point and mike fox is the best.

Not sure how you’re going to make this experience a positive one but I would like to see what you guys can do about it. I feel that management should be calling me instead of me calling just because I didn’t do nothing wrong.
90,000 service
Took in my 2017 Volt for 90,000 service and diagnostic. The associate was very pleasant to deal with and the whole process was seamless. The only thing is that the diagnostic fee was high and the repair cost was too much for me to proceed for the minor e-brake repair.
