Jack was 12/10! Appreciated Mike, the manager, also putting together a “no scams” deal and got us a brand new car almost equal to what a used car would be with a very good financing rate. Jack listened, found us a great deal on a NEW car and showed care, honesty and respect to my 25 yr old daughter, a first time buyer. I’m telling everyone I know to see Jack and go to this dealership! Very happy with the Sentra we bought. Looks awesome and is roomy enough to not having to want more in a sedan. We visited 5 dealerships looking for a car, others had hidden add-in costs that were presented after getting me there with low internet prices- heat shield fee, window tint fee, high doc fees, high interest rates. Save your time, go right to Jack at AutoNation! You will LOVE him and the Nissan cars. Fit, finish, style is fantastic! Kudos to this dealership!

Excellent customer service!! Carlos Terrazas was my service advisor and he went above and beyond to make my visit quick and thorough. He even coordinated a replacement steering wheel that they had in stock due to some faulty buttons. The install crew completed the swap in less than 40 mins. Great crew all around.

They do an excellent job at sweet talking you well enough
They do an excellent job at sweet talking you well enough to make you feel good while they scam you. The 350Z I bought from them has had nothing but issues since I bought it. A week after purchase, the check engine light came on. I also noticed a lot of smoke coming from the exhaust. Pulled the codes and it turns out that they sold me a car with a misfiring engine. Checked the oil and saw that the dipstick was completely dry! It burned an entire dipstick worth of oil in the first week! Another week later and the airbag light starts blinking. Eventually I find the time to take it back for the dealership for repair; they keep it the entire weekend and refuse to answer my calls and ignore my voicemails when I check up on Sunday after not hearing back since Friday. When I finally get my car back after 3 days of radio silence, I'm told that my vehicle is beyond repair and that I need a new engine. A new engine on a car that I just bought a couple of months ago and have been babying since! After reading the mechanic's report it turns out that they didn't even take apart the block to actually find the the issue; they kept it for the entire weekend and all they did was plug their scan tool into the OBD-II port and say "yep, it's misfiring alright. Buy a new engine". Amanda was extremely helpful but like I said, she does a great job at making you feel good while promising you nothing. Long story short I'm stuck with a ticking time bomb and a $3500 bill in the near future to replace the engine. And that doesn't even cover the other issues I have with the car, such as the blinking airbag light. They claim that they do a 200-something point inspection on their vehicles before selling them, but among the major issues I mentioned, they also didn't notice the worn out LSD and handbrake, the leaking power steering rack, the worn synchros in the transmission, the dead third brake light, the 20 gallon gas tank that won't hold more than 13 gallons, and did I mention that I had to buy my own key fob because the one they gave me was malfunctioning? They're so cheap that they won't even spend the $7 on a fob! How did they fail to notice all these problems with the car? What does their "comprehensive inspection" even cover? And those are just the things I can think of on top of my head. I could go on all day about how badly AutoNation Nissan scammed me but I feel like I've said enough. These are just the things I can think of on top of my head. Worst vehicle purchase experience I've ever had. I've already told all my friends and family to stay FAR AWAY from AutoNation Nissan! Going to be posting flyers around town this weekend. These people are con artists.
