AutoNation Chevrolet Gilbert

I used to work at this dealership 2 years ago. Since then they’re has been 3 new General managers and 3 new GMs and a small handful of sincerely dedicated employees that continue to work at this dealership. I think that says a lot about the way Autonation runs their stores, treats their employees (experienced first hand) and most of all the way their customers are treated. When you go to Autonation you are only a number.

My wife and I are totally pleased with the performance of the staff at AutoNation Chevy Gilbert in the entire process of buying our used Jeep from them. Dimitri did a great job of getting the process started shortly after the car came to them on trade-in. Clint did a fantastic job working through every issue as the car was being prepped, making sure that everything was correct and that we were comfortable to drive the car away over 300 miles next day. Kenny was more than professional in handling the paperwork side, making sure that we had the chance to make informed choices about our options. And a shout out to the mechanic Jonathan Knecht who did the 125 point inspection, and to the woman who detailed the car while we made a Costco/Trader Vic run in a loaner. A great buying and personal experience.

Very good experience...the salesmen were very knowledgeable and polite. When we put money down to hold the car, there was 0 pressure on us and we came back a week later with no issues. The finance dept was very good. We were in and out in a hour. We were very please because our last experience buying a car took 4 hours. We would definitely use them again.

Brevin @autonationgilbert made the process simple, easy & comfortable. He answered all questions, was very outgoing & even though we walked in late he didn’t seem to be in a rush. Very laid back & though he was about his business he was very truthful about everything.

Parts came in and was promptly scheduled and completed in given time frame . Always greeted that door upon arrival . Great customer service !
