First time with Brian Hoskins Ford. It was a great experience! I found an affordable jeep and it's what I wanted. Brian (not the gentleman with his name on the building) was great and helped me through the whole process. I had been in touch with an online dealership about a different Jeep before finding this one, but they were very out of touch and non responsive..big turn-off. I work in retail sales and I know customer service, this team has it.

Disappointed with the cost of a simple fix.
Disappointed with the cost of a simple fix. needed the brake light enclosure replaced and they wanted $500 to replace it. The part was $67 on Amazon and you literally just unscrew 2 screws. At the same time my car was making a word noise. I didn't mind paying the diagnostic fee. The wheel hub needed to be replaced. They wanted $600 to do that. That takes 2 more steps than replacing the brakes and the part was only $49. What I really didn't understand is how replacing the plastic brake light cover costs almost the same as the wheel hub to replace. I understand having to pay the technician and inflating the price on the parts a bit but it just seemed a bit away off the mark. I had really enjoyed going to them for all my cars but now I don't think we will go back.

My 2023 F-150 was in for a recall break down which took seven days for a five hour repair. I had to make every call to get an update. I asked for a loaner and was told you do not have one, later to find out I could get a rental but was never informed of that. Since 1973 I have purchased nine new Ford trucks, not a very nice way to be treated. i
