Always kind, professional and helpful. Valet service is extremely helpful for me. Getting points from my Ford reward pass helps me with cost of repairs. Very happy with this dealership.

How could someone complain about having someone show up

How could someone complain about having someone show up to your house and change the oil and rotate tires. It's always been difficult for me to coordinate having a ride to and from the dealership. The shuttle was a good start and this service is a great upgrade.

Last week Hoskins had my truck for 3 days due to issues

Last week Hoskins had my truck for 3 days due to issues with radio/GPS/phone screen….kept locking up, switching to settings screen, etc. I had it back for a couple days and STILL the same issues keep occurring. This is not the first time I have had one of my trucks in for service and the issues were not resolved correctly. Very, very frustrating and time consuming.
