I ordered a Ford Maverick Hybrid knowing there were

I ordered a Ford Maverick Hybrid knowing there were significant delays in manufacturing and delivery would take months or more. It ended up taking a total of 16 months which involved a reorder for the following year, and Pacifico Ford was excellent at communicating the entire time and honored the previous year's pricing. Excellent work.

I bought my first car a few months ago from this

I bought my first car a few months ago from this dealership and it was amazing off the bat! Unfortunately, I had gotten into an accident and needed a replacement. Luckily, the General Sales Manager, Stan Otto, gave us his card the first time and I knew who to call right away because of how helpful and great he was the first time. To no surprise, Stan got us a perfect replacement right away and made this stressful process totally stress free. He was super convenient, professional, and personable, a pleasure to work with. He got us hooked up with the sales representative Kenny, who again made this process so smooth and quick. These guys are truly the best in the business! Due to my past two experiences, I will forever be a Pacifico Member for life and purchase all my vehicles there!

Pacifico Ford was a very positive experience for me! I have only bought a car from a dealership one other time, I am use to buying cars Private Party. I went in to the car buying experience hoping to avoid

I went in to the car buying experience hoping to avoid the back and forth haggling and just wanted a reasonable car at a fair price. Mike and the rest of the Pacifico ford gave me exactly that. A no nonsense approach that prioritized my wants in a car without trying to oversell. I got all my questions answered and left with an amazing car at a great price. Mike was great and I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else for a car in the future.
