I've been to a few dealerships, and Hyundai of Metairie is the most joyful. The atmosphere is energetic. The staff are helpful and kind. Even the other customers are nice. I will definitely keep going here.

I bought a new car here on July 23rd, 2021.
I bought a new car here on July 23rd, 2021. I moved to Louisiana from out of state. Sales did NOT tell me about the MVI/brake tag (neither did the service department when I brought the car in afterwards). I ended up getting pulled over by state police and had to pay a fee of $215 in court! The court did not care that I had purchased the brake tag between speaking to the officer and appearing in court. I notified the general manager of the dealership by phone - he did nothing. There is no excuse for not giving me any kind of heads up when I purchased the vehicle.
