Stay far away from this dealership.

Stay far away from this dealership. Asking to trade in my 2025 ram rebel with 6k miles and plenty of extra options. Used, they sell for 53k with 11k miles. They offered me 46k for my trade and said this was the number they came up with to where they would be able to sell it without hurting themselves. That's nearly 7k in profit they were trying to get out of me.

The worst dealership We talked on the phone back and

The worst dealership We talked on the phone back and forth for two days. Since I was coming from Maryland i wanted to finish the deal and go for the pick-up. we had agreed on the price, and they said deal. I was expecting the buyers order 5 minutes later they said they are talking with another customer. The salesman is called Waheed, I told him we already had a deal and i am waiting their buyers order for me to get the check from my bank, but he said its sold! Extremely disappointed. Not honoring your word and not respecting a customer is a sign of extreme greed!

I bought a car at Ourisman last month, and Ethan Bonda

I bought a car at Ourisman last month, and Ethan Bonda was fantastic to work with. I spoke to him before I went there because I knew exactly which car I wanted. He had the car ready for me when I got there, and the transaction was very fast and simple. I had to return to the service department for installation of a dash cam and mudguards, and a warranty issue with the tires, and Evan Ball was also great to work with.

I was a customer of McGeorge since 1977.

I was a customer of McGeorge since 1977. Today I planned to go to Ourisman to place an order for my fifth Highlander being a Highlander Limited Hybrid which would top $55,000 but after reading these reviews and having paid that extra 3% for recent service, I can't in good conscience take the chance I would suffer the chance of being treated poorly versus how I was treated by the prior Toyota representative for nearly 50 years.

Don’t expect them to payoff your trade in a timely

Don’t expect them to payoff your trade in a timely manner, my car was traded weeks ago and my new loan has been set up but my original loan has not been paid off with my bank. Why? It should never take this long to payoff a unit! McGeorge was a much better operation!

I have been customer of McGeorge for years.

I have been customer of McGeorge for years. Recently I went for a service and they recommended all 4 tires changed . They quoted me about 1200 dollars which I agreed . Later on they billed me $1400+ and all the deals they had given were all taken out. The representative promised me he would refund me money and since then I have several texts where he said they made an error and I will be refunded but they never did . Later I texted the customer service line and they told me that they would look into and help me out but it has been 4 weeks and no one has said a single word They have gone low in integrity and trust and they have just lost a 14 year customer . I will rather sell my Toyotas but will think twice before I go to them again . Terrible cheating !!
