ASK FOR JAMES GREEN!! I did my entire pre-sale online. James spec'd out a couple Jeeps for me. He was always courteous. He will get back to you, after his day off he even apologized. i know James couldn't offer a price without approval, so kudos to his manage for the price too. When I finally made up my mind, I came in with the build details sheet James emailed me. A quick copy of my license, signature of me and his manager, and a $500 deposit....and my Jeep will be ordered come Monday. Ladd Hanford was suggested by several coworkers. One of whom is a longtime resident very close in terms of distance to the dealer, and her words were "I've only ever heard good things about that dealer. Never heard anyone speak bad of them." James, thank you!!!!!

Scott Keith did a wonderful job, was very informative during the test drives and I was able to complete my purchase in under 90 minutes.

Typical used car salesmen. Don't expect free coffee, water, or popcorn. You'll feel so bad for the salesman you'll want to give them your hard earned money. The vehicle was scratched up, cobwebbed, unwashed, and the battery was dead. If we didn't buy it, they were going to send it to auction and get the price they wanted. The sales-kid had to go get back up. The older salesman cried the blues about how he had to make his money and knocked $50 off. Pathetic, if you work hard for your money, go somewhere else. I was there with a friend who did end up purchasing his first vehicle. He is happy with the vehicle. But I was appalled out how they took advantage of him and refused to negotiate.

The people at the Dealership are very friendly and helpful. Scott Keath was very patient with us explaining the options and answering my questions. He worked till we got a good deal on our trade and a low interest rate. Thank you Scott for making getting a new jeep a great experience.

As the title of my review states, I'm super new to the car world. I recently got back from Europe and needed a car. I wanted the brand new 2015 Mazda 3, but never had a loan out before.
