Scott was very helpful when I was car shopping. I had a few cars in mind, and he helped me weigh the pros and cons for each one. There was absolutely no pressure from him, I was able to take my time and decide what worked with my budget and needs. One month later my husband was in an accident and totaled his older car. I called Scott and told him what my husband wanted, and he said no problem I'll get it for him. And he did! My husband and I both love our Dodge Darts and highly recommend Scott and the dealership, everyone is very friendly and helpful.

James and Gary spent a lot of time trying to find the Jeep Cherokee with the accessories I wanted. It took several days and conversations, but they finally found what I needed. I am very with their sincere efforts to help me with the purchase. I will proudly recommend Ladd Hanford and Gary and James to everyone who is interested in a vehicle at their dealership.

Very relaxed atmosphere, no pressure whatsoever, James was very helpful in using all the rebates and keeping our payment as low as possible. He made sure our vehicle was cleaned, gas tank filled and answered all our questions and concerns. We will recommend him to our friends and family and the dealership.

Before I went to the dealership I spent months on line comparing and researching the vehicles that fit what we were looking for. After finally coming to a conclusion. I found a vehicle that was priced great . I also researched my trade value before I went to the dealership. My wife and I had been to many dealerships over the last 6 months and could not pull the trigger for one reason or another. Once we figured out the car we wanted and talked about the price we wanted for our trade,we headed over to Ladd Hanford in Lebanon. I do not live in Lebanon. I actually live a lot closer to many other dealerships. The drive turned out to be worth it. We knew the three vehicles we wanted to see on the lot . James Green was more than happy to get the keys to all of them so we could get in and around checking them out comparing different features that we liked. After about a half an hour we decided on the 2011 Volkwagon Routan that was advertised $3,600.00 under fair market value according to CarGurus.com . That is a website I use to tell me how the dealer is pricing they're vehicles. Well all three vehicles were considered "GREAT" buys according to Cargurus.com. So we found our car. We went in to talk trade. They did not waste our time. The first price on our trade was in the ballpark of what we wanted . A week later we picked up our car. The car was in almost mint condition with only a small tear in the seat that James had fixed for us before we took delivery. Overall It was my dream transaction. Customer service was as great as I could expected. I couldn't expect any less quality of work. Mr. Wenzel made me feel very welcome. He explained everything to me that I needed to know. Everyone was very helpful and so friendly. I was offerded coffer or drink. Overall experience was excellence! The price was ok, of course we always want less. I would definetly recommend this dealership to family and friends.
