everything went well as far as service , but it was very inconvenient us to make an appointment a week ahead and to be told it was gonna be done late due to the many cars that were there ( mind you our appointment was at 9:30 ) maybe try organizing your appointments first rather than doing the walk ins , we had to be back the next day and the car still took until 6pm to be done when it was brought at 9am , also whoever does the signing part at the end couldn’t find the paper work took about 10-15 to try to find just to be told they had to reprint it out and then i was able to sign
