Took my 2013 JK in for service knowing only the dealer

Took my 2013 JK in for service knowing only the dealer could resolve my issues. While it was pricey they were able to trouble shoot my issues and fix my Jeep. As a surprise the work came with a 2 year warranty, which gave me peace of mind.

Martin Mendoza was excellent!

Martin Mendoza was excellent! He provided the right amount of follow up via email prior to my visit to the dealership and answered each specific question I had. When I visited the dealership and test drove the truck, his level of customer service was very good. He provided all the information I needed to complete a sale that day. He has also followed up since I brought the truck home to ensure I was happy with everything and to check if I needed anything else. Good job! Mary, in Finance, also did a nice job.

Took care of my battery issues and it was under warranty!

Took care of my battery issues and it was under warranty! Did it in one day. Customer service was amazing. Love the Lyft to work and back.
